If your child is turning 5 on or before July 31, 2022 and you are interested in a possible Kindergarten enrolment, please complete the Department of Education's online Application to Enrol to express your interest in enrolling your child for Kindergarten at Glendore Public School in 2022,. Alternatively you can contact the Administration office on ph: 02 4955 6644 for a hard copy form.

Documentation Required:
The following documentation is required to finalise enrolment. Please ensure all documentation is included in your enrolment application prior to submitting it to the school office.

- Proof of Residential Address (see 100pts supporting documentation requirements on Kindergarten Enrolment Checklist.)
- Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement
- Birth Certificate
- Copies of any Family Law or other relevant court orders (if applicable)
- Copies of medical/healthcare or emergency action plans (if applicable)
- Evidence of disability or other support needs, including any learning and support plans
Kindergarten teachers will be conducting ‘one-on-one’ Best Start assessments before your child starts their first day of school. Best Start assessment is a state-wide assessment that helps teachers identify the literacy and numeracy skills of each student starting kindergarten. The assessments support teachers to develop teaching and learning programs that build upon what students know and can do. The assessment does not require any preparation.

- Orders are to be placed via our online ordering system via Flexischools (www.flexischools.com.au) . Instructions how to access and create your Flexischools account can be found on the GPS School Uniform Flyer.
- Orders can take up to 4 weeks to fill if current stock is unavailable so we suggest orders are placed ASAP. Even stock of plan polo shirts and navy shorts/skorts are currently limited in department stores.
- We will contact you once your order has been filled and is ready to collect from the school office.
Student memberships to the following online learning subscriptions are included in this levy together with stationery and exercise books. They are used within the classroom over the entire year. These online learning subscriptions are accessed by students during class lessons and also from home to consolidate learning.
